Fast food is made with lots of oils, fats, and salts. It is high in cholesterol, sodium, and really contains alot of calories.
overall it is really bad for you. But I have to admit it is delicious once in a while... like once every two months.

"Fast Food Nation" (based on the book of the same name) opens this week, and if early reports are accurate, the film is so disturbing that after seeing it, viewers are unlikely to ever again eat at a McDonald's or Burger King.
The movie, directed by Richard Linklater, is only 114 minutes long. To flesh things out, we've compiled a list of some of the most disturbing tales of fast food gone wrong.
A Tough Pickle
In 1995, after Jeff Bolling bought a Big Mac at a Birmingham, Ala., McDonald's, he claimed that he had difficulty chewing on a "pickle." It was no pickle; it was a condom, according to the lawsuit he subsequently filed.
Skin Is In
David Scheiding alleged that his Arby's chicken sandwich came with an extra, unwanted topping: Human skin. After he visited the restaurant on June 18, 2004, in Tipp City Ohio, Scheiding identified the skin because he saw fingerprints on it, according to news reports. The store manager claimed he accidentally cut his thumb while shredding lettuce.
The Loogie Special
Jeremiah Harrington claimed that because he and his companion were white, black workers from an Oregon Jack in the Box, "for their sole amusement," added acid, soap, phlegm, human hair and staples to the couple's Sourdough Jacks.
Burger Boo-Boo
Joseph Duncan, a Virginia Beach firefighter, allegedly found two bloody bandages in a McDonald's Quarter Pounder Deluxe in 1994. The restaurant's owners later admitted that the bandages had come from an employee.
Finger Food
In 2005, Clarence Stowers apparently thought that his pint of Kohl's frozen custard was finger-licking good, except the finger that he licked was not his own. Kohl's worker Brandon Fiser lost a digit in the ice cream machine moments earlier, and another employee accidentally served it to Stowers. Despite the request of surgeons, who thought they could save Fiser's hand if the body part was returned immediately, Stowers kept the finger as evidence. He eventually gave Fiser the finger, although it was too late to be reattached.
Mac Attack
A Columbia, Tenn., man needed some extra help when he allegedly discovered a hypodermic needle in his Big Mac sandwich. In his lawsuit, filed in 2000, Rondolph Prowell claimed that he immediately had to undergo a root canal in order to dislodge the medical device.
Sticky Situation
Joseph Taylor tried getting the healthiest dish at McDonald's, but it apparently bit him back. Or he bit it. According to his lawsuit filed in Wayne County Circuit Court in Detroit, Taylor gnawed an already chewed piece of gum in his salad on Feb. 26, 2003. He sought more than $25,000 for "mental anguish, humiliation, embarrassment, and pain and suffering and loss of appetite."
Pot Stickers
Two Isleta Pueblo, N.M., police officers, Mark Landavazo and Henry Gabaldon, had finished about half of their burgers before they realized that they tasted something strange. After careful testing with a field kit, they determined that someone at the Burger King had spiked their food with marijuana. Marijuana possession and aggravated battery charges were filed against three employees.
Rats!
Dallas Cowboys assistant coach Todd Haley, his wife Christine and their au pair Kathyrn Kelley sued McDonald's for at least $1.7 million last month after they allegedly found a dead rat in their salad. "This tremendous horror translates into continuing gastric disaster," the suit read. Now they must make their food "from scratch, allowing themselves to see each ingredient placed in the dish they are cooking." Oh, the horror.
Beef with the Burger
One of the most severe tainted-food events happened in 1993, when an E. coli outbreak was traced to Jack in the Box hamburgers. More than 600 people in Washington state became ill, and three children died. Bill Marler, the attorney who represented several plaintiffs, told the Associated Press that Foodmaker, Inc., the parent of Jack in the Box, set aside $100 million to cover the settlements.
Hope this is useful

It isn't fresh, it's unhealthy (think oil, salt, sugar), it's fattening.
