In texas they have Whatta burger and Sonic..Which do you prefer and why? Im wondering why the franchise "In and Out" hasnt made it out to Texas yet?

I just came back from a business trip in Long Island New York , and one day I was driving and I saw White Castle , I got pretty exited I have heard a lot of people talk about how good they are , I was so disapointed those had to be the worst burgers I have ever had in my life , If you want to call them burgers , why are people so crazy about these ?
