I have a family plan right now and 2 other people in my family wants new cell phones too. If I were to renew my contract (t-mobile) would I be able to choose a new phone (and have to pay extra)?. Or would I be stuck with the same phone for another year or two?

I was wandering, I just bought a cell phone and there is place to store phone numbers on the phone and on the sim card, where is better and safer to save the numbers.
I was thinking if the phone breaks can I get the phone numbers or if the sim card gets damaged can I retrieve the numbers.
which one the phone or the sim card get damaged or broken faster?

we do not have a cellphone. my wife works and i am retired. i am a heart patient and my wife would like to keep in touch with me when she is travelling in bus. we want to have an inexpensive cellphone with inexpensive contracts or no contracts at all. where can we buy such in seattle area. pl. help.

when typing in someone name on a motorola V3, it will sometimes in a lighter shade finish your words.. How do you get it to go ahead and finish the final letters??? I have tried some of the keys and it will go somewhere else like the edit menu or something like that. I just want to know what to do to finish a word when it is getting the letters ( or numbers) correct...???? thank you..

I'm using the Nokia 3230 phone as you know it uses memory card. And recently when I was using the nokia earpiece to listen to the radio, my friend smses me and the phone suddenly turned turned off itself & then restart again. It happened a few times but after that I stopped using the earpiece cuz it's irritating.

From then on when I received smses it will do that restarting AGAIN! And I tried to change my wallpaper and it said "Not enough memory to perform operation. Delete some data first." I''ve deleted almost everything from the memory & phone. What the hell is happening~!?!??!?!

i have a nokia 7710 which is been problematic for last 2 months it keeps getting restarted and switchs off when in my pocket when little pressure applied to it while walking .

I have a Razr and my provider is Cingular. Now before everyone says either the phone sucks or the provider sucks, my signal was almost full all of the time. It didn't matter where I was, in a building, a tunnel, anywhere. The last couple of weeks though my signal has been very weak and I'm lucky to have a couple bars when I'm outside in an open area. A solution or atleast an explaination would be helpful.
