I have T-Mobile and have had them for almost 5 years. The coverage is excellence, I have full signal everywhere in the city, good voice quality, only dropped a handful of calls in 5 years. They offer the best value in terms of whenever minutes for the money. Their customer service is awesome, they will practically bend over backwards for you. If talking to someone over the phone is not your thing, just go to a store and talk to a manager...they always kiss your butt as long as you're not a problem customer or as long as you don't go in there yelling

I use virgin mobile , its a pay as you go plan I like because no surprise bills and the cost is cheap. Also I've never had a dropped called even in some remote areas. I'd highly recommend it. They also have regular plans such as those offered by other companies , I chose the pay as you go plan because I don't use it much . I purchased a nice nokia phone with a package that included some virgin mobile minutes at best buy for 49.95 and you can add as low as 20 dollars every 3 months on the pay as you go plan. The other plans are competivly priced also.

I use Cingular. I love it. Have used them for the last 4 years. The calling plans are good and reasonably priced. A lot of my friends and family use them, making those calls free. I seldom have problems with dropped calls and have yet to be in a place where I can't get reception.
Customer service is excellent

I have Sprint. I don't have many complaints but I went to Kentucky (I lived there before I had Cingular and it worked perfectly) the whole weekend my Sprint phone was "looking for service." Their customer service is okay and my calls have been dropping a lot less lately.

I have Verizon. They're ok. They're not expensive, but I do have calls dropped from time to time. They're not so great with customer service either. When my contract is up, I'm finding a new provider.

i have verizon, i've had at&t, cingular and nextel and i've never had good customer service. including verizon.
i guess i'm happy enough with the service though to suffer through the occassional call with a total idiot. i get coverage in more areas then i did with any of the other providers.

I'm currently with Sprint. I have no complaints about them, but when I was with Verizon that is a different story. when my contract with verizon ended they didnt take necessary steps to notify me, instead they changed the plan which ultimately caused my rates to go up, cancelled with them immediately!
my husband has a plan with Cingular and they provide excellent customer service and NEVER a dropped call. I like Sprint, but Cingular is way better, as soon as my contract ends, bye bye sprint! :)

I use verizon and have for years. I am very happy, whenever I call or go to a retail store they are always friendly and helpful. Their website is easy to use to make payments as well. My calls are rarely dropped. Whenever a friend of mine complains about their cell phone service I always tell them they should use Verizon.
