I have a iPod nano and i have music on it from another computer but i wanted to save to my hard drive without erasing it! How do i go about doing this?

Ive jsut got a freeview box for my bedroom (only a cheap £20 from Asdas) and its bloody annoying not being able to watch UKTV Gold and great channels that you have to pay for!
Is there any way that i can get around paying for these channels, and recive them for free?

Ive got the "Durabrand" box from Asda, with the v1.7 firmware.
