I am a web designer with a business and need a very reliable hosting provider. I work with flash, fireworks, dreamweaver, and photoshop cs2. At first I was with yahoo until I foun out they did not allow .htaccess files, with globat, my site was down too much, I am with go daddy right now and I am trying to use a simple .htacces and .htpasswd file to protect a directory and the screen pops up, but it won't let me into my site. I have a business to run and don't have time for issues like these. i know that my code is correct and have tried several times, I even copied and pasted. Tech support was uinable to diagnose prob also. Any suggestions for another hosting provider that will allow monthly payments. i don't want to lock in anywhere until I know I will be satisfied.

Got a scripting question??

I need to make a script where when executed it does a few things
1. Remove 4 programs from add/remove programs
2. changes users permissions
3. installs office(all have same key)

I have 500 to do is why I was wondering if there is a way to write or do something that will automatically do this for me? If you could help I would appreciate it
The operating systems that the users use is XP and I have server 2003 these will all be new computers I am doing this to and they are very fast

I am not actually deleting the records, I just want to mark them as inactive. How can I do this?

I want to mark a record for deletion if their bill is over 14 days overdue. So how can I write this?

I know how to display them on the screen:

I am going to create a webpage like miniclips. If have something like Home underline. It's a pic. WHen a person roll overs the underline goes away. I have photoshop, flash pro, fireworks, dreamweaver. I really can find a way how i can do this with pic.
