I Started getting an error saying internet explorer cannot open (The website) operation aborted then it just go's to Page cannot be displayed it happens on some websites but i dont know why how can i fix it?

I have on my PC 2 accounts. An administrator account, and a guest account. The internet works only on the guest account so websites open and messengers work normally, while when I try to open a website in the administrator account, i get the "Page cannot be displayed" messege. Also, neither yahoo, nor msn messenger will open in the administrator account. Why is this happening? What can i do to solve this? I want the administrator account to work. Thank You.

I just added a code on myspace for the top 8 generator and i was trying to put text and pictures below the code and my picture is on the right it will not move to the left even though i already placed an alignment code and my text goes on top of the other straight down instead of across. i tried adding ending tags like

but it doesn't seem to fix it what am i doing wrong?

I installed Apache Server and MYSQL database, but when I try to access PHPMyAdmin from localhost this message appears to me: "Warning: Unable to jump to row 0 on MySQL result index 3 in C:\www\phpmyadmin\libraries\common.lib.php on line 572
" If anyone knows what is the problem please tell me as soon as possible

I have windows XP and connect 2 the net using BSNL Dial Up connection, this is only availabe in India. I get disconnected after about 40 mins what is the problem & what sould I do .
