you set up an e-bay account and also a paypal account, the e-bay account allows you to search and bid for items and once you have won them your paypal account allows you to pay for them securely. you can also click on some items where they have a buy now next to them and you can purchase them without bidding you just pay the price stated, be careful tho because alot of people charge high postage so check the full cost before buying. sellers also have feedback, this is where past customers of theres leave feedback on how the transaction went and gives you a good idea of this persons reliability. There is no fee to use e-bay as far as i am aware but i have only purchased from there never sold anything. happy shopping.

I dont know what the girl above is talking about - there is no fee to set up and start selling stuff.

They charge you 15p per item you sell, and take a %age of what ever the final price is.

To buy something is completely free to you (apart from what you spend of course)

Just go to www. ebay and followthe instructions, there is no fee as far as I know, but be careful that you get on the correct site, there is a lot of fraud out there.

HI. It's easy to use. There is no charge to have an account. there is a charge for listing items for sale. ( quite small charges too)
The best thing to do is log on to the web site and take one of their tutorials. They are free to use, and give you all the relevant info you need to decide if you want to try it.
Good luck.
