Internet Connection Problem, I think it's simple though I don't know why it's happening?

Question

I have on my PC 2 accounts. An administrator account, and a guest account. The internet works only on the guest account so websites open and messengers work normally, while when I try to open a website in the administrator account, i get the "Page cannot be displayed" messege. Also, neither yahoo, nor msn messenger will open in the administrator account. Why is this happening? What can i do to solve this? I want the administrator account to work. Thank You.

First, is this problem present since you have installed windows? If not, then try using system restore to restore it to a previous point.If it is, then try reinstalling windows.

Configure the internet settings for the administrator again.
