I Started getting an error saying internet explorer cannot open (The website) operation aborted then it just go's to Page cannot be displayed it happens on some websites but i dont know why how can i fix it?

Im Using internet explorer 7 the newest 1 i tryed the older 1 and it does it on that 1 too

Now check the security settings in IE7 or 6.
Tools/Internet Options/Security select Default settings
and try
I suggest Firefox as It is advisable to have another browser

If you want to go to IE you can down load an add-on Ietab, which switches you to IE straightaway. Other useful add-0ns too.

Since you say some websites are opened, your internet connection may be ok.

Did this happen recently? Try using system restore if it is. Also, it is possible that your connection is in fault, but still try to use the utilities you have to fix it.Know if your provider is really having a problem.Better contact them if you can.
