My friend wants me to design her website. She's a Reiki practitioner, massage therapist, and she makes/sells jewelry. I'm going to meet with her later. What kinds of (and specific) questions should I ask her in order to determine how to design/create the nest website for her? Thanks!

Does anyone Know of a good, but not that expensive website that has hosting for media, photos, that allows you to upload big files on their server and for others to be able to download from that. I am looking into getting rid of my sendspace account, but still have 80 or so days left on my account. I got a freewebs account. I am just looking for a great place to get a domin, and a great hosting so I can upload all my media, photos, audio for others to download from my site.

I am taking my wireless laptop with me for 6 months and would like to connect to the internet as quickly and cheaply as possible when i get there.....any ideas???
I don't think my apartment will have a telephone line.
I have a bluetooth phone , but don't know alot about connecting in this way.

I subscribe to a greeting card service. They've recently re-vitalized their web-site and no longer recognize Microsoft's Internet Explorer which is soon to be phased out. Will Microsoft furnish me another if I just wait, or is the onus on me to find another? If so, how?

I am having a problem with the internet on my Dad's pc, it keeps freezing up and comes up with an error box for you to send a report and then closes the internet explorer window. It is not on any one special page it just keeps comnig up every so often on any sights. Please help it is driving him to despare and me through mental torture!!!

okay, so you know how scrollbars can be...i dont know what you'd call it...skinned(?) in internet explorer for websites?

well, firefox doesnt recognize those commands (coded in CSS) but are there any workarounds, patches/updates that will give it this functionality? it's not vital, but it bugs me every time i visit my site & i refuse to revert back to using internet explorer.

I went on a few sites to get a code for the song I want for my profile (they don't have it on myspace music), I pasted it in my profile and when I go view my profile a pop-up comes up saying "click to run an ActiveX control on this page" I click it an nothing happens. I downloaded ActiveX on its site and still no song.
The same thing happens when I try to add a background picture.
Please help!!
