It all depends on how you use it. It is not very smart to have people as your friends on myspace that you do not know. Also do not put any personal information on myspace such as where you live. Most people only use myspace as a way to share pictures with their real friends. Do not become too close with someone you may meet over myspace because they may not actually be who they say they are.

It belongs to how you manager it. You post stupid stuff like some ugly face pictures and your personal information, you may be in danger.

when you're looking for a job, probably the company you want to work will search if you have any infomation on these social websites. If the company sees your strange behavior, you may not get a job ( tha the real thing happens in United States)

it is very dangerous. when i had one to check up on my little cousin for my aunt, I hardly used it, but I was getting nasty, nasty emails from people that found out my email address and knew where I lived (vicinity) I changed my name on there so I couldnt be searced, used an email different than ever given out, and i wasnt searchable. I hardly used it but to check on the 14 year old cousin, but that site was terrible! everyone I knew was getting nasty emails and threats from people they never met, etc.

Learn to spell 'dangerous'.

And it IS VERY DANGEROUSLY ADDICTIVE!

It's highly recommended you seek advice on how to effectively use it by asking a friend(s) who currently uses it.

It can cause you to procrastinate and often lowers productivity by 500%!
