Blogger, Adsense and I think every service of Google is down. Can anybody tell me what happened? Is their server down? Server Maintenance?

On the butterfly icon to click to reach the internet there is a "History" button to see what pages you visited....on mine it does not work and nothing is rembered..... Is it possible to turn it off so that it does not store the pages visted, has this happened? and if so, how do i turn it back on?

Well, I reformatted not long ago because I thought my computer was due for one. Nothing has changed other than the fact that I deleted everything and started clean with the same Windows XP disk I've used twice already. It's just that, when I'm on the net, and I scroll down a page, it will refresh incredibley slow, top to bottom, instead of just simply scrolling. Programs dont seem to take any longer to start up, and I haven't noticed anything else acting up, but my browser is definitely slower. I've tried IE and Firefox, and they're both doing it.

It's not supposed to right? I used to have cable broadband, but I recently switched to at&t (sbc) 2wire wireless DSL. Anytime the phone rings it disconnects from the internet. I have 3 computers, and they all do it. Only one runs off the wireless part of the 2wire router. All the equipment is new. I don't have call waiting or call forwarding. What should I do? PLEASE HELP!!!
