temporary method - right click on the tool bar and then click on the toolbar you want not to be displayed;
or
do the same via view --> tool bars --> check the required toolbar name or uncheck;

permanent method -
start --> control panel --> add and remove programs --> choose the required tool bar name from the list, make sure you want it removed and then click GO.

In the temporary method, you can get backthe tool bar after any period of days or months with just a click;

in the permanent method, you have to download the setup file from the net and configure it all over again.

Either method is a breeze and works well.

Just uninstall them from Start/Settings/Control Panel/Add Remove programs. Sometimes they are really annoying. OR form View/Toolbars uncheck toolbar to hide it.
