EWS, EWA, EWP, EWZ, EWW, VWO. I did a search for highest 3 yr avg annual returns and found them. They look pretty awesome to me, but i'm a novice so looking for input on using this method. I've always heard "don't chase the markets" but i've done pretty good doing that lately.....?

Im new to stocks i haven't ever traded online. However i have used many virtual trading programs and i have a good concept on how trading works. I believe i am ready to start the real thing. Im attracted to brokers like zecco because they say they have 10 free monthly trades and about 4 dollars for each trade after that. However it leads me to believe that they must not have many good services for customers. Then i looked into trade king. Because they seemed to have better trading tools and service, still with a low commission fee. However since i haven't ever traded online im not familiar with the problems im going to face. Please recommend me a internet broker i should use. Thank you for your help.

PS. I have $5000 USD to invest, loosing this investment isn't that big of a deal to me. My main goal is to learn. and excuse me for my spelling errors I typed this fast. =)

time, but since there is influx of capital and cheap loans being given by the federal reserve to large financials, I would expect that their stocks price will stay the same or possibly rise with this news. Is the only way that these big boys can survive is to shake out the retiree's savings from investments to get their money back? Shouldn't the government put them out of business and disallow new money to fund their CEO salaries and such and allow new more responsible lenders to take their places, like Berkshire Hathaway?

Hi, I'm considering rolling over my 401k to another firm where I have my Roth IRA. Should I be worried about concentrating all my investments in one firm, for example if something happens and that firm goes out of business, etc.? Thank you.

I have a very limited understanding of the stock market, so bear with me. My question is this: When people sell and buy stocks, does the company profit at all? The company gets money when the first stocks are sold, and then after that people buy and sell the stocks. But the company doesn't get any more money from the buying and selling of stocks, does it? The company has already gotten its money from you, so how exactly does the value of the stock go up? I hope you all understand my question!

Hi.

This can be a particular newspaper, magazine, journal, TV or radio show or any other source that can be helpful for selecting a successful company in the UK or abroad for investing for long-term and short-term period.

I'm also interested to know if you have any strategies for a successful investor in stock market.

Appreciate your comment(s).

I want to get into buying land holds and have been looking into Ebay. Is it still a smart idea to buy land parcels and leave them alone now in this market today hoping they will gain value? Also is Ebay a good place to look? I dont care where in the country but I want to start out small...any advice?
