The statement is correct. It is not as easy as you said, ie dump stock, etc. I am looking for interested investor(s) to work with new management team. If you are not keen, plse ignore this question. ("?" after full-stop is a typo error.)

First, if the company is "listed" on any exchange, then that is where he sells his company. It is just a call to his broker away to dump his stock, or a senior staff flying off to a competitor for a buyout.

Second, have you read the Community Guidelines lately? I'm not going to report this, but I suspect that you've violated a rule or two--assuming you are serious in your "looking for investors" expression. Frankly, I think you are faking, playing with us (which is possibly a reportable thing too).

hey, maybe you can try advertise somewhere else like the local Singapore site 88db, you might be able to find investors who are keen on the business
