Is it true that naive investors are the ones who prepared their orders last night, and are the first trades made just after the stock market opens?

It is also said that the ones who trade stock futures before the open, tend to be knowledgeable institutional investors

True or false?

Any statistic/study to confirm/deny this?

tnx

And please dont say more buyers than sellers. I am wanting to know about what "information" led to this?

Also , how come there are always these reports or who said what or "something happening" that changes things?

Are these really viable?

Do you have some advice about day trading with options?
Holding options for some hours -not minutes-, say, buying in the morning and selling before the close.

How much the volatility varies during a typical day?

Already have some experience swing trading index-ETFs stocks and options.

Oil has gone from $78 per barrel last August to $50 a few weeks ago, and now it is at $62.

Where will it go next? Is ethanol going to push oil prices down, or is conflict with Iran going to push them up??

Give me your prediction!

Retirement, Life Insurance, stocks/bonds, Bank Accounts etc. We are in the process of a divorce and I need that information that he has kept from me. He is very controlling and has that kept confidential. I have already seen a lawyer... Isn't there an easy way for the lawyer to request that information from him? Does my lawyer need my input so that we are sure to have ALL of the information? I'm confused. We have been married 7 years.

Also, what steps would I have to take to "rollover" the money? Do I lose any of what I put in, or anything the employer matches? I've never done any real savings like this, but I figure with the raise I jsut got it's a good time to start.

If it matters, I've been with the company about 3 years.

Hi I am trying to get an investment startagy going, is it best to invest in a wide range of stocks under say $1.00/shr or would it be better to invest in a few $2-5 stocks?

I am asking becasue I have about 20 trades doing in but they are for low cost stocks each seem to be good companies or at least have the potential on being the cutting edge. or should I concentrate on higher $2 -$5 trades?
