I am setting up a construction business. My partner and I are working on the financial side of our business plan. One thought we had of being able to come up with the initial capital was to invest our personal IRA's into the business. But, we are unsure if we can do so without any penalties, or if we can even invest IRA's in a LLC company.

I am looking to invest at 90 day or less intervals into something that is liquid and has a consistent rate of return. The reason I want to do this is I get paid commissions and only pay the taxman once a quarter. So, I want to make short term, 90 day investments that I can skim a little off the top and then send in the rest to the IRS. Any ideas would be great!

Hi! I'm an active investor at stock market. Have been for about 20 years now. Most of my investments are in US- and European stocks but recently I have bought investment fund shares in India too and they seem to bring pretty good profits, even I know it's more risky.
As a high-risk investment, I'm very interested in finding ways to invest on the emerging African stock markets, in Angola, Mozambique etc.
I'm looking for local small or mid-cap companies that have good changes to grow, or can invest on a new company too.

As far as I know about the new markets in Africa is, that the market volume and starting level is such low that even small improvements would increase stock values dramatically.
Would there be any broker who operates at those markets? I think it could be a good opportunity to make high profits, even the risk is very high too.

When you buy a stock at $11 for example, how do you know what part of that is actual ownership in a company (equity) and how much is just the premium you paid due to high demand in that stock? I've never traded before and I'm curious. Please help. Thank you guys!
