For example,can a stock trading at $10,be wiped out and almost become a penny stock in a day?i have seen stocks rising 100% but falling i am not sure.
Back in India i think we have a 10% regulation,to avoid scams or shortselling i am not sure though,if there are any indian traders please tell me the details about this too.

Say I wanted to start trading stocks. Could I start an LLC to trade stocks for me, as the company's sole purpose. Pretty much as if the company was trading for me. I have no securities trading licence. But there should be some tax advantages for having a company that owns a stock instead of an individual. I was wondering if I could do that with an LLC. If not, are there any other corporate entities that could?

The UK Natioanl Lottery informed me that I have won in one of their web based draw with my e-mail id, and now gained a huge amount. [amt specified] they adviced me on my quest that, to claim the amount i have to contact a courier company with the ticket number [uk national lottery given to me] and my identity. and to provide them my full address with phone number and the address where the parcel to be delivered... their phone number given to me is +447024084463;+447024084508....
