If a company has like 300 millions outstanding shares and this shares are probably being traded daily in the market, and then the company really does not profit from them, then I asked my above question.

Being a keen eBayer and seeing how much they make from me, I was considering it a possible investment opportunity for shares. However, I have been taking a look a the London price and it would seem they have lost 30% of their value this year alone and 70% for the years since the dot com crash.

My question then is 'Is eBay still fundementall overvalued?

Some reasoning would be greatly appreciated, also I would be interested in share investment advice for the future. I am bearish on debt and the housing market, but feel there will be companies that will prosper in this uncertain time. With this line of thinking, who would be a potential investment?

Thanks!

The mkt is poised either way to move

Tell me to buy or sell, and I will, and I will let you know half an hr later whether I made or lost - first person to answer will be chosen, and I'll just buy 1 contract in the FTSE - I'll hold for half an hour, check for updates

Hello.
I am looking for share investment advice for a number of companies trading on the London Stock Exchange. I'm very much in the Warren Buffet school of thought that if your buying on the up, you've already missed the boat.

Are there websites of trading advice around and their reasons behind them?

Also, I see Buffet has gone big in Israel at the mo (I presume he feels the conflict is not as large as the media portrey or it will blow over sooner rather than later). Are there any London based companies with a link to Israel?

Thanks!

I have about $7,000.00 vested in my current, soon-to-former employer's 401k program. I think these are my options - leave it where it is and allow it to continue to collect interest, transfer it to an IRA, where I have more control over the investment options (though I don't think I can continue to contribute funds...?). The third option is cashing out, but I'll get heavily taxed and penalized. The one advantage of cashing out, however, would be that I could pay off $3,000 in credit card debt, and I figure the interest I'm being charged on that is probably more than the interest I'my making with my retirement funds.

Are there other options? Do I understand these three options correctly? What should I do?
