Are they just going to leave it there as a big deep hole in the ground - or are they actually going to do something with it ?

It is unlike the ''lets do it'' race to procastinate and leave something undone for so long!

Why don't they just make the damn place into a nice park - maybe just for a change a different shape from a bloody square or rectangle ?

Let some of the water in from Hudson river and make a boating lake or something - and as big an adventure playground as the site will allow ?

If there's no building to blow up - it can't be blown up can it ?

Oh silly me ! Three school shootings in a week - what am I thinking - someone will come in and shoot the kids won't they ?

After all having a gun is part of their constitution isn't it ?

Ahhhhh! I think I've cracked it - that's the reason why they talk
about straw when they greet each other isn't ?

One DUDE to another HEY !
HEY BACK AT YER!

They use this word as a greeting - just to make sure neither side's got a gun!

We've been in business doing great for 4 years and decided to incorporate in February this year. Our business took a drastic hit and we may end up having to go out of business. If we need to can we file bankruptcy or do you have to be incorporated for a certain length of time for that?

but if they are at fault then it becomes a faceless entity? And those same loyal employees are nothing but expenses to the stock holders and will probably lose their job before they collect any pension.

We elected a new President for our condo and he fired the property management company and hired a second one . Within days he fired the second one and hired a third property management company. He shouted at a member of the board and she resigned. He went to lower the maintenance fee and signed a resolution to do so with 3 out of 4 of the directors agree and then one director withdrew his signature and now we have no "majority vote ' to lower the maintenance. The director who withdrew his signature from the resolution wrote a 3 page note to eachof the owners and placed it in the doors letting us know how "lunatic . aggressive and out of control " the president is . We now have a "no just cause lawsuit" on our hands because the 1st property management company thought they would sue us for $200,000 because our President did not "warn them of the termination of contract. Some say ...let the Pres pay it himself.Should we do that???? .
