women still got paid less than men.
I want to know how much are they different?

I agree it should change, however I honestly don't see it happening soon.
Most men relate their self worth to what they do (as a job) I heard it said once when you first meet a man he is very likely to tell you about his work before his family, however a woman is more likely to tell you about her family first. For that reason men demand more money higher rank etc while many women view their job as of secondary importance. Of course I'm talking in generalizations I realize all women and men do not relate in these ways. Also, many women are not the "primary" income in their families so they do not view there jobs the same as many men.
Just my two cents but I definitely agree women should make the same for the same work as a man.

Men can make as much as 40% more than a woman for doing exactly the same job.
