Best bet will be to contact local estate agent as they are mostly in touch with companies. However that certainly mean that you will have to give a cut to them. Do you stay in Jodhpur. If yes then put a notice on your showroom and also be in touch with the company who are planning new entry or expansion that way you will get good bargain.
