Hello,

When setting up a C-Corp I understand that the corporate name must contain the word "corporation," "incorporated," "company" or "limited"; or the abbreviation "corp.," "inc.," "co." or "ltd.". However, once setup, if “Inc” is used, can any of the abbreviations be used interchangeably?

I'm totally confused because I've lately been bidding ALOT on Motorola Q's on ebay, and today, i recieved alot of messages from different sellers with the same message:

I'm the seller of the item that you've recently bided through the eBay system.Item name: Brand New Sprint Motorola Q Phone No Contract NR Item number: (************) I`ve just been contacted by the eBay staff who informed me that due to some reasons the eBay policy automatically proclaims you to be the winner by default. I need your agreement on this so I can contact eBay to confirm you that you're the winner, otherwise I'll relist the item. I am sorry for the inconvenience, but I need an answer asap. You will have the oportunity to purchase the item at your last given price wich is US $150.00 .If you agree my offer please

I had one before that, exactly the same, with a different item, and on both auctions, im not hte highest bidder, but now they want to give me the item, HELP!!!!

Basically, I have had nothing but poor customer service with ACN. I am just wondering if anyone has had similar experiences to me. Apparently I signed a one year contract when I gave the ACN rep my credit card info, and now I cant cancel service even though I'm not able to use my phone anymore. If you've had a similar experience or have any advice as to how to get my money back, please let me know.
Thank you in advance!

Although it started in England, the trade act of 1807 made the selling of humans ILLEGAL on the English trade market. After several decades of legal and political effort the financial exchange of slaves on the London markets was declared illegal and across England. It began the end of slavery in the west which would take more than a century, but eventually would result in freedom of slaves in the Americas and Europe and the west in general Now in the 21st century world slavery is on the rise but for the most part gone in the west.

I would love some recommendations on special exhibits or things done on Wall Street about the event... does City Bank, or Morgan Stanly or the New York Stock Exchange.. Bloomberg's? Any suggestions for somthine on Wall street? Any museums or special historical exhibits you would recommend relating to William Wilberforce and the people of his day? Who worked to help make people "NOT FOR SALE" and eventually off the financial markets of the West

I am a cofounder of a LLC. The LLC has to departments. I own 80% of one department and my business partner owns 80% of the other and then we both have 20% of each others shares. When we started 2 years ago my partner hired people to do his job and how does other things. For the last 2 years now I have been hustling to get payroll every 2 weeks and of course I always come up short. So my Biz partner would pay out of his pocket and from another company which he is CFO for the overhead. We have 20 employees. I am the creative side. and my partner suppose to be the Business side of our organization. He said when we first started that he will take care of everything. I dont know about this stuff. What does a Business partner IN BUSINESS do? we never had a biz plan... I dont think we filed any LLC taxes since we openned (I filed personal though)... he past history is: he was CEO (company crashed), he was CFO (company crashed), now hes CFO of anyother Company & they make 3 million/ yr

I work in an insurance office and our jobs are consolidating and moving to Iowa

Every since the announcement of our company's consolidation my bosses boss is watching everyone like a hawk and flat out being an @ss to people for no reason at all.

ALL of our numbers are exceeding percentage goals and yet this jerk continuously is rude and its flat out obvious he's looking for reasons to fire people!!!

Today he accused me and two other people of not doing our work DESPITE our numbers in the systems contridicting this.

I was taken off the system to focus on paper work that needs to be sent to policy holders, and literally every 5 to 10 minutes he walks past my desk sometimes, coming up behind me and just standing there to see if I am working.

This accusation today was over the top and I want to quit, HOWEVER I believe I have done nothing wrong so why should I, also I want my separation package so I need to stick around.

Any POSITIVE suggestions on how to handle this jerk?
