Basically, I have had nothing but poor customer service with ACN. I am just wondering if anyone has had similar experiences to me. Apparently I signed a one year contract when I gave the ACN rep my credit card info, and now I cant cancel service even though I'm not able to use my phone anymore. If you've had a similar experience or have any advice as to how to get my money back, please let me know.

I was thinking this was for another ACN - I had great customer service from them, but they are a satellite programming and technical service provider. The ACN to who you refer, has a customer service page I would recommend trying this page. When you contact the rep, you should let them know you are without service (let them know since when) and wish to either have it reinstalled or cancelled. There is no harm in letting them know you are unsatisfied and that you wish for the charges to be refunded - reminding them again that you have not had service for the timeframe. The main issue is that you entered a one year contract, so you may have to pay an early termination fee - I would ask if they can lower this due to the poor/ no service you received from the phone. If you fail with the customer rep - ask for his/ her supervisor to see if you can make any moves with them. Good Luck!
