I just heard on a podcast that Microsoft and Yahoo are going to merge into one big fat company. Does anyone know the details?

I have started at Wal-Mart and they assigned me as a ******* cart pusher. It's hell on earth. No respect at all. From customers or employees. The loud orange vest are an eye sore. The cashiers seem to ridicule all the retarded cart pushers. If I'm in the same position in about 6 months I'm gonna ask if i can be a cashier. If I'm shot down, I'm quitting. Does anyone have any ideas about how I can steadily become a cashier and not a simple cart pushers?

I just received a letter saying I have won $68,000.00 and along with it a check for taxes in the amount of $2,700.00. It is issued by UMB Bank and the maker is AG Edwards, which is a ligitimate company and we have an office here in Visalia. Is this a scam also? I never received any email on this. It has a reference # and a winning # on the letter. The check certainly has lots of security feaatures on it. I am taking it to AG Edwards on Monday to have them check it out.

is this legal where business is concerned? X is not in the US. Say X is in London or Germany. If people think your first and last name are something different than it is, and you are signing legal documents, with them, such as a letter to the client for a cotract Letter of Committment for funding a project, does this reflect fraud, when X is not registered to work as Y? Is this legal?
