If you get to pick the winner and give the prize I'll take it.
But i really have know idea about doing what your asking.
I'm going to assume tho they would want you to make up some category. Make it pretty general. So you can pin it on anyone then what they want you to do is pin it on the biggest positive media story of the year this will give there name recognition. And maybe drum up some more business.

No need. There already is a Nobel prize. Just wait until the winners are announced and take all the credit.
