Not in the case where someone needs more time in a realationship, more in the sense of someone who is really really busy and doesn't have much time to himself. This is a pretty hard one for me and I would really appreciate your input. I've already thought of getting this person a PA, except they already have one...

hi there, i work at costco 10hours a week. i do 4 hours on friday evening and 6.5 hours on a sunday plus the occasion saturday. i have been there for 18months now and i am the best cashier the store have got. I went to the store manager and said to him, that i need a new challenge, i am the best cashier and i meet all the set targets and goals and i want you to set me new targets set new challanges to make the job more intresting. The store manager then said to me "am i flexible and avaliable to work saturdays" i said yes depending on how exciting the challenge is. He then went to the cashiers manager and said something to him, and the the cashier manager came up to me and said am i avaliable on saturdays ? i said "yes" he then said he is looking for a supervisor for weekends and i meet all the conditions. He then said he going to look in to it and get back to me. what are the chances ill get the supervisor job ? or how could i ask him on friday when i go to work ?

Any assistance would be much appreciated, whether it is links or hard facts. I'm doing a project for uni, and need to know how much it costs for a full-page ad in mainstream publications, such as monthly glossy mags in the UK or daily newspapers. The point is to find out how much publications can earn per edition. If anybody knows also, how do commercial companies contact publications for ad space?
