Most printed forms of paper can be recycled. The exception is paper that has been laminated. Some very heavy glossy flyers in a newspaper might appear to be laminated but they are not -- it is just the quality and weight of the paper. So most of what you receive in a newspaper is ok to recycle.

Recycling rules differ in various states or countries. Check with your municipality. Yes, in my area they get recycled with the newspapers.

most of the time any paper gets recycled and depends on what kind of paper or what is on it also and it varies in different states
