Not in the case where someone needs more time in a realationship, more in the sense of someone who is really really busy and doesn't have much time to himself. This is a pretty hard one for me and I would really appreciate your input. I've already thought of getting this person a PA, except they already have one...

Dialog with him or her and find out what are their priorities. Then help them remove the things that are not important. Creating space will open up more time for the things that matter most.

Getting a PA just ensures more doing, less time. Show this person you care enough to ask the tough questions!

Hire someone to do their chores. I was once going to college, working full time and overtime and studying for the CPA exam while maintaining a home, doing shopping and laundry and all the rest of taking care of myself. Having someone else do some of my chores would have been great. If not that then leave me alone so I can deal with the time crunch without worry about other people.
I once dumped a boyfriend for saying I worked too much. I left my husband because it was coming on tax season and I didn't have time to deal with him.
Nobody else could do my work or study for me but they could make me dinner.
