I would like to start my career as a SAP Sd Functional Consultant. I am having 10 years of experience in Marketing of medical equipments. I dont have any Implementation experience in SAP Sd. Please guide me.

This is gonna sound kind of odd...but I get paid on friday, and I need to buy something now with that money. The money is direct deposited into my account on Friday at 12am...if I were to write a check today, would it clear and not cause my acct to overdraft?

Me and my partner hav separated.
We want to sell our property but my partner has a £15,000 secured loan on the property.
Our morgage is £90,000, the property is worth £100,000. Can we still sell the property if we give whatever money we have left over to the loan company and he carries with the repayments til it is fully paid?
