I dont really know how many times I should be putting lotion on my 3 boys ages 6,9,and 12. I usually rub them head to toe with a body lotion after their baths and showers but I don't really know how many times I should be applying lotion on them. Is there supposed to be more lotion applied at certain ages?

If you use lotion on your children, how old are they and how many times do you apply lotion on them?

i havent got any yet, but i'm 13 and it will probly come up, what do i do? and how do i make sure i DON'T GET IT, if ppl don't always get, i really don't want it! i always use this stuff that closes up my pores, so i don't know if it will help, but i am not taking the chance

My hands and feet already have deep wrinkles and I think its because of a hormone imbalance. I started to notice these wrinkles appearing about 2 years ago and I thought it could of been from lack of external care. So I been paying attention to the little changes while taking extra care of my hands and feet with products and keeping it away from harmful things, like what I eat, harmful chemicals, and sunlight. Yet it still getting worst. I'm only 22.

What type of doctor do I go see to get a hormone test? Any other advice or tips would be great.

It is a very bad habit, I know, and I've tried everything I can to stop but It is much harder than you would think. It's very upsetting for my mum and dad when they see the state that my fingers are in. No nails. And all the skin around them is red and sore and bitten. I usually chew my nails when I'm bored or just have nothing to do, or just want to do something while I listen to someone talk. I have not come across anyone yet who has the same habit as myself. I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide some ways of stopping the terrible habit. Thanks :)

How exactly do you go about washing your face? Do you put the soap (the face wash, the proactiv, the whatever) in your hands, lather it up, and then massage it into your face, then rinsng off with water?
Or do you put the soap directly in the washcloth, then apply the soapy washcloth to your face?
Or do you do it with your hands and then take a clean washcloth to your face afterwards with just water? Please elaborate a little here...
