i have big thighs and i want to get rid of them...what can i do???? i do have a big booty for being white lmao...and some say they go with my body...im torn inbetween the two

You will need to go on a clean diet, and exercise 6 days a week (3 days cardio, followed by three days of weight training). Don't feed into the hype about "spot training" just your thighs. You have to do high impact cardio exercises to burn the fat, and weight training to sculpt the muscle, to give you that nice definition.

Join my club. Sometimes it is just something people have to deal with. What I've done is taken up running. Even though I run at least 3 miles a day, and I have a thin waist, I still have big thighs... runners thighs, though. A lot of guys think that thick, muscular thighs are sexy. So the best thing you can do for yourself is to just tone them up, make the best of what you've got... and make sure to play up your ghetto booty cause that's sooo in right now lol... I never thought I'd see the day...

You really can't get rid of them, but you can tone them so they look awesome. The best exercise is squats. Put your feet shoulder length apart and bend down and either
a. hold for 10 seconds or
b. up and down 10 times in a set of 3 a few times a day.

the best way i have found to target the butt and thighs (lose fat and build muscles) is rollerblading--it isnt hard on your back or joints like squats or jogging, it targets all the muscles in your legs and butt--even ones you never felt before---i toned mine up rollerblading 5 times a week for about an hour or more a day and in a month i had awesome legs and butt--if i do say so myself lol--plus it's good cardio too

spot reduction is a myth, you lose weight and it goes from where it wants, sadly it might be your boobs first and thighs last.
how ever many men like a big thighed woman and if they dont, there will always be another fish in the sea

you are actually prolly fine. my woman has sort of big thighs and i love them. but they arent fat. but muscular.

try different stretches. look up leg and thigh stretchs on yahoo or something.

Lunges would definitely get your thighs strong.

Walking is the best exercise. 30 mins or more a day is all you need.

Do you have fat thighs or thick muscular thighs? Theres a difference.

i can suggest you to ride bi cycles daily.this willl help you to get rid of ur thies .it will be didficult for u to rid e it but u need to harden yor thies ,so that extra muscles will get tied .try it all the best for your slimmy thies.byeeeeeeeeeee

Wear trousers with thin vertical (straight) lines and avoid bold prints on your trousers. And if possible exercise darling!!!
