i have broad shoulders, and i want to flaunt them but dont know how. Pictures of some tops that help do that pls? And advice on what to wear with it?

I work as a server in an indie restaurant. I like my job, but they gave me a size large babydoll shirt (I'm a xs or s at the largest). How can i slightly modify my shirt to make it fit and look better? I was thinking about changing the sleeves to cap sleeves and somehow bringing in the waist. How do I do this? Do you have any better ideas? Any input would be great! Thank you!

My toe nails kinda cracked... like it cracked into layers... so i chipped off the part cause it kept crackin more... but does this mean my nails are unhealthy?? do i need a pedicure?? what should i do? my toe nails look demented...HELP?!??

see i'm starting high school in august in a new school so i want to learn and practice throughout the summer. i don't wanna end up looking old or like a clown (as some girls i know) i just want to maybe hide flaws and highlight my good points. oh and i have a purple bang , (in case that makes a difference or matters)

I have long brown hair and I really want to get a new do. I am going to china for a trip in a week, so I want a cute, easy haircut that is easy to maintain and isn't too hot for 100 degree weather.

I am also very active and play basketball, so it muct be long enough to put in a pony tail.

I saw this in the tele the other day. Aparently if you have red hair your more likely to get bullied. Also that they are becoming extinct (?) I doubt it but what do you think?

I have arcrylic nails, and I use lotion 2-4 times a day, and double for solaroil on my cuticles, for some reason I still have a little dryness around my nails. What can I do to fix this?
