Personally I don't think you need to change anything!!! Your a handsome guy..If your trying to attract the girls, they tend to like the tighter jeans and maybe a leather jacket? But I personally think you have a Wonderful Look, No acne!!! Nice............

Book a consultation with a hairdresser. They will tell you what will work with your hair and what you should get done.
Buy magazines and cut out looks you like (high fashion mags like Vogue as well as trashy gossip ones are good for this) and then create a list of what you need to copy these looks.
As with makeup, just do something different to what you normally do! Or if you wear no make-up, wear mascara and lipgloss and maybe a touch of bronzer on your cheekbones.
Just keep experimenting! The more you try, the more you know what works and what doesn't on you and the more you can change your image whenever you want!

wow dont listen to the girl saying to wear makeup. lol. thats weird. as a 15 year old girl if i looked at you id think that you need to something with your hair. its horrible. id do this

The haircut stands out the most to me, to be honest. IMO, it makes you look a lot younger than you are. However, it's YOUR hair--if you like it, keep it.
