between the two I like option 1 best. However, If your wearing light pink dress why not wear a light pink shoe. You need to decide if your going to wear those shoes again!!! If not I would look around for a different shoe that you could also wear after the wedding is long gone. Don't waste your money foolishly. Use your head and think!!!

I like the first one if the dress is simple but cute.I like the second one if the dress is cutely decorated and hot.Both options are great though,nice choices.
