i want to get into a habit of doing a bit of exercise regularly. not to lose weight or anything because im already quite slim but to make me look a bit more toned especialy my bum and tum and to keep me healthy and maybe make me a bit stronger. i dont want to join a club or spend loads of money on it. i just want some ideas of things i could do at home.

I have a white hair growing on the front right side of my tongue. It's about the length of an eyelash now, and it's really thick and rigid. People notice it all the time, and usually stop talking for a few seconds. When I pull on it, my whole tongue hurts. Should I keep it or Pluck it?

From what I know I'm should put some on my palms and rub it onto my neck, but doesn't rub "squish" the scent and make it not last as long?

Any other method to apply splash cologne?

I'm 5'9" and 116lbs, but in a recent photo shoot I did, my legs looked so stumpy (with heels on). I have a 34" inseam, and my legs usually look long and thin in jeans, and skirts, but for some reason my legs looked short and just....like stumps. What can I do to make my legs look longer (either pose wise, or toning wise)?

when I was in my mid-teens, around age 14, 15. A lot of people would compliment me and a lot of guys would approach me. My figure was in good shape and my skin was all smooth and my hair did exactly what I wanted it to, and I just felt great! What about you?

well i have blonede hair so it s not that bad. but i shave and within hrs my legs are not as smooth anymore. if i am planning a hat date i have to shave when my bf get to my place.
any tips?? yes i use shaving cream and a 4 blades razor...
some magicol drink or...i dunno,u tell me!!!
