I would definately do leg raises. To do these you would lay on your back with your legs straightend out. place both hands underneath your "bum" and lift your legs straigt in the air then lower them, do about 4 reps of 25 daily. These are more effective than crunchs. Also, cardio is very important everyone should run 30 minutes a day, this is the best way to keep your whole body tones, and for your but. I would do squats. While stading, keep your hands above your head, feet a little wider than shoulder width apart and lower yourself into a sitting position, do 4 reps of as many as you can, this is a great workout for your thighs. They are very hard though.
Good luck!

I am in exactly the same position and have started my new regime tonight! I have a resistence band (Reebock) which I put over a hook on the back of the door - great for arms and legs. I have bought some free weights (JJB) 2.3kg - don't go too heavy or you will build up muscle - too light and you won;t be working the muscles!. I also have a roll cage for my tummy (Argos). I have a skipping rope (JJB) - excellent for the legs and bottom!. Also, I have just ordered a legmaster - supposed to be fabulous for the bottom and legs - ordered mine from QVC - 30 day money back guarantee and special offer at the moment for £55 +PP - usually £99 on the legmaster website (www.legmaster.co.uk). None of the above are hugely expensive (apart from the legmaster). Try TKMax - great for cheap fitness stuff. I want to get toned and honed for the summer! Good luck - I hope you live in the UK as that is where all of the listed shops are.

The first thing to do is identify the cause. If you know the cause you can better treat it. I get headaches for any number of reasons.... from hunger to stress to caffeine withdrawal to illness. Pretty much everything. Even when I think too much, think too little, or get insufficient sleep. But I have dealt with headaches my whole life... I have always suffered from them for every little reason... so I have learned to recognize them. And they all feel slightly different. - One thing I do to cure them, naturally, is to lay down under a bright light with my eyes closed. - Two, get natural light. Spend twenty minutes outside in the sun and see if that helps. - Drink water. You might be dehydrated. - Drink a cup of coffee. - Drink a cup of Chamomile tea (natural herbal headache relief) - Eat something healthy and hearty. Take a vitamin. - Meditate on clearing the mind of the pain. It works. - If something specific has been on my mind lately, but I havent had time to think about it thoroughly... set aside a few minutes to seriously work out the problem. It may alleviate worry and stress. (Realize that there is no use worrying about something you cannot change... acceptance is the cure, here) - Exercise the mind. If you are a thinker, enjoy certain intellectual activity, but havent done so in a while... pick it up again. (I consider myself a thinker and an intellectual. I get a headache when I watch tv or something mind numbing like that - as I said, thinking too little hurts) - Thinking too much also hurts. Sometimes my mind is so active that I cant focus on any one thought. One thought jumps to the next and no one thought ever gets thought through all the way. Incomplete ideas all over. (Sometimes I cant get to sleep and fatigue is what does me in) - Last resort, take a pain pill I highly recommend identifying and treating the cause before treating the mere symptoms. Curing your headache wont help anything if it comes back or if the cause of it is persistent.
