the best permanent way to deal with this is laser hair removal.
you won't have to deal with it any more after a few treatments.

How thick are they? You can just shave em with the Venus shaver and skintimate shaving cream or it is a bad situtation then go to a reputable salon and get it waxed..don't do laser its dangerous and very exspensive and you need to do ur homework before u select someone or you can just tweeze it too depending on how many hairs u have

No matter what don't shave them, they will only grow back courser and darker. Either wax or get something like Nad's. You can find it just about anywhere. The longer you use it the finer the hairs are.

=( thick hairs? many girls have hair on their bum and some on very bottom portion of their back...but it's fine hair...and usually blonde...u can get a tan...and die the hairs blonde...or wax...after like 6 treatments they should grow back finer. =)

skin so soft from avon. leave it on for about 15 minutes and it should all be gone when you rince it off. so this once a week before you hop in the shower.

just ignore them.. but if u tan often.. as your skin gets darking your body hair is less noticable.
