How can I buff my nails? I have a nail buffer/shaper but it doesn't have instruction so please tell me how to use it!

It's very warm here in Cali and I really wanna wear short sleeves, but my arms are covered in bright pink scars that are so ugly. I don't cut anymore, and Im embarressed about the scars. Makeup doesnt seem to cover that well. Any ideas?

I've tried lots of things, Putting garlic,chilli, and polish for nail bitters on my nails did not work, Putting fake nails on did not work end it up bitting those off
Help me I want to have beautiful nails but its a habit and I can't stop

I use the sharpest razors I can find on my legs and underarms yet on underarms, there is always a little bit of stubble left (and lots of irritation) and on legs I can see and feel hair pores very vividly. Would an electric razor eliminate any of the above? I've also tried salon waxing (the best :D), veet, nair and self-waxing (too hard). Are there any other options that would help me? I have a limited budget so laser removal and electrolysis are not good options

I have dayplanners and organizers...and this is going to sound dumb, but I dont really know how to use it. Like I want to be one of those people that will die if they dont have it with them. Any tips? And if I should get new kind.....help please!

I have 4 nails that are "wavy" and the other 6 are just fine. What can I do to prevent the 4 nails from waving? I have tried lotion, nail polish that is suppose to build "hard" nails and nothing is working. I have to keep them all cut short as it is a real annoyance.

okay so i was home alone two days ago.i was sitting down watching tv falling asleep until i hear like glass breaking. so i go c wat it is and i see some1 run out of the house.how could that happen? if all the doors r loked (and widows) how could some one get into the house?and since then how come the lights keep blinikin every 5 minutes?and how come it started 10 min after whoeva it was left?

I think if you tweese then leave them alone the pores are open and can cause redness or acne. So what do I put after I am done doing my eyebrows and some of my lip. Cold or hot water or just wash my face. Please don't say get it professionally done, it cost too much, and I need it done now. Plus my hair grows back in less than a week. O ya do you know a way to make the hair grow faster. I prefer you to answer if you used this method and not just guessing. Thanks for all answers.

Hey, my school is having an opposite day this week. We do everything in reverse, like go to our normally last hour at the time we should be at our first hour, and we can wear are clothes backwards if we want. Well, my girlfriend was like "Well since its opposite day, how bout I dress you up as a girl, I could make you look just like a girl". She said that she'd do my makeup, find me something to wear, and do my nails (french manicure with square tips). Should I let her do this? I think it might be kinda fun actually.
