I live in a tropical environment, with LOADS of sunlight, and yet, I'm still pale. I have no access to any sort of tanning spa(or whatever they're called). I'm just looking for a cheap way to do this-preferably without burning to a crisp in the process.

My nails(leg's) has become light grey in color. I dnt use nail polish too often. Is this bcoz of any deficiency of sth? How can i get back my white nails.

that it is really rude to comment on peoples weight?
even when someone says 'wow u are skinny...u need to eat.'
i think that is just as rude as going up to someone and saying 'you are fat.'
I personally think if u are going to comment on someones weight u should keep it to yourself unless it is really positive because its so rude.
