Beauty is beauty - straight or gay, man or woman. I'd be pissed whoever beat me, but it wouldn't make it any more painful if it was a guy.

It would make no difference. I would just be bummed about losing generally- it wouldn't matter if it was to a "gay" or "straight."

Cool ! !...If he was found to be more attractive than I...so be it. I'd cheer him on. I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area...still live here in Northern California . . . things as you noted in your question are not a big deal to me...Have seen much here in California and I enjoy my eclectic, wondrous, quirky, aware, fun and beautiful state.
