Yes, one time all my girls and I went to a beautiful spa and the cucumbers relax the whole body, soothes the eyes, and just makes you feel beautiful and more of a lady. Nothing too special, you can even slice some up at home for free and put in warm water for say a maximum of 5 minutes. What I do is drown all the noise out so I can relax and be free, for a bit. Turn the cellphone, computer, drop the kids off at a friends or put them to sleep, and drown out all noise to be completely relaxed.
Good Luck : )

Try cold teabags that you've soaked in water on your eyes. Squeeze out the extra water first, though. A friend of mine has only gotten 4-6 hours of sleep nightly for years so she suffers from immensely puffy eyes. She swears that cold teabags are the only thing that works!!
I'd be careful with cucumbers since you might be allergic. Good luck!!

I have read that they get rid of puffiness. I would urge you to put a cucumber on another part of your body first, like the inside of your wrist for a little while to see if you have an allergic reaction. I did the cucmber on my eyes thing with my mom and my eyes swelled up and were red for a week! Turns out, I am allergic to cucumbers - not only can I not eat them (which I didn't know), but I can't have them on my skin.
