My nails(leg's) has become light grey in color. I dnt use nail polish too often. Is this bcoz of any deficiency of sth? How can i get back my white nails.
Another prob is th second nail has black lines or stripes on it which never goes.Wht 2 do? How 2 get rid of it?

A change like that means soemthing is wrong. You may want to go to the docotor to have it checked.

i suggest you wash them frequently with lemon juice and surely it helps and always put some vasline on your toes and wear socks everynight when u wke up in the morning wash them again with a lemon that is cut in half and see the incredible changeover.

thats not a good sign.. have more n more milk as it contains calcium and u need calcium. Better consult ure doctor.
