Is there a problem? I take baths everyday. I put on perfume, deodorant, and lotion, but numerous people say I smell bad! What am I doing wrong?

I have some family members who work as nurses and waitress. The demands of hand sanitizers and washing hands really make their hands rough and dry. One has fingertips that actually crack open and bleed sometimes.
