Soak in nail polish remover! It takes awhile, but NEVER pull them off, that causes severe nail trauma.

Are Jel Nails the same as/simalar to acrylics? If so, use asitone. You can buy asitone specifically designed to take off nails and you apply some of the liquid on a cotton wool bud and wrap it around your finger for around 10 minuites or however long it says on the back of the product and they just slip off.

use a nail polish remover with ACETONE, you can get it an any drugstore, you will probably have to put it in a bowl and soak each nail it the acetone.
