Not ALL women do - I've seen some right chunks that definitely would have looked better in a long skirt or trousers - anything rather than see their chubby thighs rubbing together !!!!

Not all women look nice is short skirts its a matter of finding what u look good in and wearing it well. I'm guessing ur a guy with a leg fetish tho.

Yaap! sexually it looks very nice but if you see religiously it is not good.
Women should be in short skirts in her house infront of her husband, doing this she will be very very good for husband. But when she go out she must be wear long dresses or pents so that other persons should not get attract to her. Women should get ready only and only for her husband. This the way she can be happy in her life always.

men like legs and the fact that the skirts are short makes them think of things that are located a bit higher. Thighs usually aren't seen unless something's being lifted or hiked up....it's the thought of intimacy that makes men like short skirts.
That's my take anyway.

Well, I'm not a guy, so I'm not really sure! My guess is that it shows more leg (actually, a lot of leg), so it can make the girl look taller, and it can also turn any guys on who think that smoothe, toned legs on women are sexy. At least, that's what all my guy friends say.
