well it all depends on whether youve had them done previously and they need to be taken off, via soak. but usually no more than 40 minutes maybe less. but you should not rush it because you dont want to have to pay money for a bad job. but there is much to do, theres filing, cutting, smoothing, evening the nails out, then once they apply the acrylic it has to dry then go through the same cycle of filing,smoothing etc all over again. it goes faster than you think, or just charge up your ipod and im sure the process will go alot faster.

It depends who's doing it. I have had tips put on in less than an hour, but once it it more like an hour and a half.

No longer than an hour if they are good... but if they aren't a good company you'll have crapy nails in less than an hour, then you'll have to stay longer so they can fix them... so just make sure you go to a good nail salon... :)
