Sounds Irish to me. First you have to take a look at your skin and natural hair color- if you're hair has more golden tones in it than you're a fall/summer and tones that are made with yellows look best on you (coppers, yellow-greens, browns) but, if you're like me and your hair has more silver in it then your best bet is with summer/winter colors (bold and bright colors like teal, blues, greens- has to be blue-greens). The easiest way to tell is to look at what jewelry you tend to wear and look best in- silver means you're a summer winter and follow the above, if its gold it means you're a fall and go with yellow tones.

You sound as if you would look great in Autumn colors: Rust, orange, yellow, olive, beige, warm reds, turquoise, brown, etc.

If you are very pale, try the same colors in pastels: peach, pistachio green, pale turquoise, etc. These are my colors and I often receive compliments when I wear them.
