the ankle or the neck?

should i get a tattoo that read's "next time that star shoots across the sky" on my neck or ankle? it's from a song from lifetime, the song goes: next time that star shoots across the sky, i'm gonna grab, and smash it under my feet. who the **** wants to be happy.
but i love the saying anyways, adam lazzara from taking back sunday has the same one but on the elbow. and i dont care if you think tattoos are gross, so you can piss off

I Want To Get Nose Pierced?

I want to know how the task is performed and whether or not you found it painful. Another one of my concerns is, does it leave a scar? What I mean by scar is, does it leave the same kind of hole look that you get from getting your ears pierced? And how long, on average, did it take you to heal? Thanks.

About needing longer pants. Said 33"-34" inseam.?

I do wear alot of long skirts. But I get tired of wearing skirts. Everyone needs pants and when you love shopping at QVC, why can't they make longer pants? Do you wear skirts every day? I don't think so.

Modeling Question?

Well I heard that modeling is actually fun. I mean I know I am not even close to being the exact height or anything, but maybe not like full body shots or whatever. I don't even know if I'm pretty enough. But then again, nowadays all you need is to be tall, anorexic, and have a big head. Oh and walk in high heels. haha Any places in Pennsylvania you know of? Whats better...spray-on or a regular tan?

I really want to be tan for cheer camp and the rest of summer. I dont have the time/patience to tan out-side. I am a 13 year old blue-eyed blonde. I have good skin but it is a little un-even. I would like to know witch would be better for me. I would also like to know if Love Monkey is a good tanning lotion.
